Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are Glayvia products TGA-approved or classified as therapeutic goods?

No. Glayvia products are cosmetic in nature and are not listed or registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Are your ingredients approved for use in Australia?

Yes. All ingredients used in our formulations are checked against the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) inventory. We ensure compliance with applicable cosmetic ingredient standards and concentration limits.

3. Do I need to do a patch test before use?

Absolutely. We recommend doing a 24-hour patch test before applying any product to your face or body. Skin sensitivities vary, and even natural ingredients may cause reactions in rare cases.

4. Can I use Glayvia products if I have sensitive or medical skin conditions?

Glayvia products are cosmetic only and not suitable as treatments for medical skin concerns. If you have eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne-prone, or compromised skin, please consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider before use.

5. What happens if I have a reaction to a product?

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately, rinse thoroughly with water, and seek medical advice if necessary. We also encourage customers to contact us for any product-related feedback at sales@glayvia.com.au.

6. Do you make any medical or therapeutic claims?

No. We do not claim our products have therapeutic effects. All statements regarding benefits are cosmetic in nature such as hydration, glow, exfoliation, or softness and are not medical promises.

7. Are your products safe for all skin types?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend reading ingredient labels and conducting a patch test. Individual results may vary.

8. Are your products tested on animals?

Our final products are not directly tested on animals, but we do not claim to be vegan free yet as we would need to assess the entire supply chain to see whether ingredients are vegan or not.

9. Do Glayvia products comply with ACCC regulations?

Yes. We follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines and ensure transparency in our product claims, pricing, labeling, and safety disclosures.

10. Where are your products made and who regulates quality?

Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in audited facilities in India. We work closely with our formulators and suppliers to ensure consistency, hygiene, and safety in every small batch.

✨ Glayvia's Glow Philosophy

16. Are Glayvia’s ingredients really transparent and safe?

Yes! Every ingredient used is clearly listed on the packaging and on our website. We don’t hide behind “fragrance blends” or vague terms. You’ll always know what’s going on your skin — no surprises, just honesty.

17. Do you share behind-the-scenes of how Glayvia is made?

We do! We frequently post formulation, packaging, and behind-the-scenes stories on our Instagram and other social media platforms @glayvia.official. We believe skincare should be transparent — not just in the formula, but in how it’s made.

18. Why small batch production?

Unlike mass-produced skincare, Glayvia is made in small, controlled batches to ensure every product is fresh, potent, and consistent. This also lets us adapt to seasonal feedback and continuously improve formulas based on real customer input.

19. Is it really direct from the manufacturer?

Yes — Glayvia works directly with a licensed manufacturer, which means there are no middlemen or retail markups. You get affordable pricing, high-quality formulations, and traceable sourcing — directly from us to you.
