8. Product Suitability & Individual Sensitivities

Individual skin types, conditions, sensitivities, and tolerances vary significantly. As such, Glayvia does not guarantee that its products will be suitable for every individual.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their personal skin type, condition, and sensitivities prior to use.

Products are not recommended for use on broken, inflamed, sunburned, irritated, or compromised skin, including skin affected by recent cosmetic or dermatological procedures.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to first use of any Glayvia product, particularly for individuals with sensitive, reactive, or allergy-prone skin.

Failure to perform a patch test prior to use is undertaken at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

All products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on the product packaging or website.

If irritation, redness, swelling, discomfort, or any adverse reaction occurs, customers must discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Ingredient Awareness

Full ingredient lists are provided on product packaging and/or our website in accordance with Australian labelling requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to use and avoiding products containing ingredients they know, suspect, or have previously reacted to.

Glayvia is not responsible for adverse reactions arising from known allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient intolerances.
